Post-doctoral position opening at IPHC

A two years post-doctoral position will be opened early November 2018 at IPHC-Strasbourg.  It is funded by CNRS-IN2P3 and aims at the data analysis of an AGATA-VAMOS (Ganil) and a BEDO-TETRA (ALTO-Orsay) experiments in the neutron-rich Ge and As isotopes. Testing  the DAF tracking algorithm with real data will also be part of the foreseen work. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of Dr Gilbert Duchêne (strongly involved in the AGATA project) and Dr François Didierjean from IPHC .

Applicants are required to have a PhD degree in experimental nuclear physics and are expected to have a strong motivation for both data analysis and instrumentation.
